• Substrates

  At SSI we offer SCK and CCK papers, available in basis weights from 32# to 103#. Standard SCK products would include 2.1 mil, 2.5 mil, and 3.2 mil offerings, primarily designed for labels and tapes. Likewise we offer CCK products at 2.5 mils, 3.2 mils, and 4.3 mils for applications that require enhanced dimensional stability. Heavier weight board stocks are also available for sheeted applications.

• Release Chemistries

  Both solventless (100% solids) and emulsion silicone chemistries are available. The silicone choice and formulation used is determined by the end use application. At SSI we use multiple suppliers of silicone polymer allowing us greater flexibility in formulating the best coatings for your release needs. Liners are available in both C1S and C2S functionality at releases ranging from easy (S1) to tight (S10).
